Lauren Merritt is an Alumni of Michigan State University where she graduated, with Honors, with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, and a minor in Spanish. From an early age, Lauren was born to be in the world of design. After developing an interest in camping in the third grade, Lauren had her first foray into the world of design when she created a series of interiors for an RV company and subsequently submitted those designs for their consideration. Early on, she also showed a love and gift for photography. Over the years, she has cycled through many cameras beginning with a Hannah Montana Digital Camera to her first, professional camera. At the age of sixteen Lauren started her own photography business creating videos and taking senior, family, weddings, and real estate photographs including drone photographs.
Lauren’s work is driven by her desire to form meaningful relationships with her clients and to serve others. “As a graphic designer and photographer, I recognize that the work we do is very important. I believe I have an obligation to provide a high level of care and competence when working in this field because my work is a representation of a client’s values, hopes, and dreams.”
